- Enquiry & project details — information you share about your home and renovation, including the room-by-room plan you build using our “Build Your Home” planner, property type, timeline, and any notes you provide.
- Appointment details — information provided when you book a visit to our Experience Centre.
- Correspondence — records of your communications with us (e.g. WhatsApp messages, emails, call notes).
- Website & technical data — limited information collected automatically, such as your device type, browser, and pages viewed, where applicable.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. How we collect your data
We collect personal data directly from you when you submit an enquiry or planner, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, book or attend a consultation, or otherwise interact with us. Where you provide the personal data of another person (for example, a co-owner of your home), you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Purposes for which we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and requests;
- prepare specifications, quotations and proposals, and arrange consultations or site visits;
- supply, deliver and support our products and services;
- manage our relationship with you, including administration and record-keeping;
- send you information about our products, offers and content where you have consented to receive such communications;
- improve our website, products and services; and
- comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
4. Consent and withdrawal
