If you have enquired with Rolansini through our website, WhatsApp, or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Please include the name and mobile number (or email address) you used when you contacted us, so that we can find your record. You may also send us a WhatsApp message from that number asking for your data to be deleted.
What happens next
- We will confirm that we have received your request, usually within 3 working days.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that no one else can delete your information.
- We will delete your personal data from our records within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What we may need to keep
If you have signed a quotation or contract with us, we may need to keep certain records, for example for warranty, accounting or legal reasons. We will tell you what we are keeping and why.
Facebook and Instagram
If you filled in one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, deleting your data from our records does not remove what Meta holds on its own systems. You can manage that in your Facebook or Instagram privacy settings.
